Digital Products

All purchases of digital products (eBooks, guides, PDF downloads, apps, SaaS...) are final once access has been granted. Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, we are unable to accept returns on digital items.

However, we stand behind the quality of our programs. If you have genuinely worked through the material and seen no improvement, contact us within 30 days of purchase at info@secretsofthefirsttime.com and we will make it right.

If you did not receive your download link or experienced technical difficulties, contact us immediately and we will resolve it promptly.

Physical Products

We offer a 30-day return policy on physical products. To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as received — unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@secretsofthefirsttime.com. Once approved, we will send return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue at no cost to you.

EU Customers

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. For digital products, by completing your purchase and accessing the content, you waive this right in accordance with EU Digital Content Directive. For physical products, standard EU consumer rights apply.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
